One-third off all of this week’s pick-up soccer games for the next 24 hours!
Our over 30s pick-up soccer on Friday evening is back!
We’ve got three different 90-minute pick-up soccer games going on over the next week and all of them will be only $10 each until this time tomorrow.
First up is our over-30s pick up game. After a successful Friday night run last fall at Carleton University, we’re bringing back an indoor version this Friday, this time at the Ottawa University Lees Dome. The over-30s session will run at 8pm each week and the 90-minute session costs only $10 for anyone registering before tomorrow evening.
After that we’ve got 90-minutes of pick-up soccer on Sunday at Bentley Fieldhouse at 5pm and on Tuesday at 6.30pm at the same venue. Both of these sessions are open to any age group and are 5 vs 5 soccer.
All of our pick-up sessions have a limited number of spaces and it only takes a minute to register for any of our upcoming pick-up games at our pick-up soccer website.

- Wednesday Volleyball (60 mins): 10pm at Redeemer CHS ($10)
- Friday over-30s Soccer (90 mins): 8pm at Ottawa University Lees Dome ($10, normally $15)
- Sunday Soccer (90 minutes): 5pm at Bentley Fieldhouse ($10, normally $15)
- Tuesday Soccer (90 minutes): 6.30pm at Bentley Fieldhouse ($10, normally $15)
