We’ve had an unbelievable response to our Spring league lineup, and a number of leagues have already sold out, so we thought we’d give a quick update on availability for those who have still to choose a league for this summer.
Sundays: Both the Carleton U league and the afternoon league at Ottawa U are completely sold out. We will not be hosting a spring league at UQO this spring and so the only remaining spots available on Sundays are indoors at Louis Riel, starting on the 20th of May. We have both team and individual slots available, but we know from previous seasons that slots get snapped up pretty quickly once people realise that the the other leagues on an evening have sold out.
Mondays & Wednesdays: The Louis Riel league has sold out on both evenings but we still have space available in our Monday and Wednesday leagues at the Carleton U fieldhouse. These leagues start at the end of May and will run through until the end of August.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: There are only a handful of team slots available in the Coed leagues on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Ben Franklin Dome, as well as individual spots. We also have spaces available in our Women`s League (Tuesdays) and Men`s League (Thursdays) at the same venue.
Tuesday Volleyball: There are still another couple of weeks left to take advantage of the early bird pricing for our Tuesday volleyball league at Carleton University. Any team signing up before April 16th for volleyball receives a $100 discount off of their team fee, giving them a full 12 game season of volleyball for only $475. Both team and individual slots are available.
Fridays: Our Coed Friday league at Carleton U/Ottawa U is also sold out and is shaping up to be a fantastic league with over 30 teams signed up. Our outdoor women’s league at Ottawa U is also filling up, but we still have a handful of team spots and some individual spots available.
Saturdays: The Saturday afternoon co-ed league at Carleton University’s Raven Field is the last remaining outdoor league that has spaces available. The league starts in the first weekend of June and runs through to the end of August. Individual spots are also available.
Before that we have our 3rd annual Kicking Cancer’s Butt charity coed soccer tournament, on Saturday May 26th of May. We’ll be aiming to beat last year’s incredible total of over $10,000 raised for the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation. You can sign up or find out more by click on the 3rd annual Kicking Cancer’s Butt Charity Soccer Tournament link.
