Kicking Cancer’s Butt 7

Ottawa Footy Sevens will be hosting the 7th annual Kicking Cancer’s Butt charity tournament on June 11th 2016 at Carleton University.The tournament is a fundraiser for the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation and as always EVERY PENNY OF EVERY TEAM FEE OR DONATION GOES STRAIGHT TO THE OTTAWA REGIONAL CANCER FOUNDATION. Over the last 6 years the event has raised over $60,000 for the ORCF.
The tournament is a one day 7-a-side coed soccer tournament. Last year’s tournament (KCB6) saw a couple of changes with a switch of venue to Carleton U’s outdoor turf fields and the division of the tournament into competitive and recreational sections. The new venue and format were a big hit with participants and will be adopted again for the 2017 tournament.

Team Registration

Team Registration will open on Saturday 23rd of April.
Teams register for the tournament at the Ottawa Footy Sevens Website and will receive their details of how to make their online donation to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation by e-mail within 24 hours of registering their team.

Individual Registration

As per the previous 3 years, we will be offering individual registration for the tournament. Individual teams are organised by one of the long-term supporters of the tournament, Dave Walls, who has volunteered to organise individual teams for those who want to take part but do not have a full team available to them.
