Classic VII last night became the 300th team to register for Footy Sevens in the spring season! This makes it our biggest ever season and we’d like to say welcome and thank you to all teams, whether you are new to the league or have been with us for many years. We’re looking forward to a great season.
The Footy Sevens league coordinators had promised to go for the full Gerard Butler if we reached that milestone, so here they are at Carleton U last night, braving the cold in all their Spartan finery.*

Rules Clarification: Although not expressly stated in the Footy Sevens rules, any player launching someone into a bottomless pit with a flying kick will receive an automatic yellow card. Probably.
